AirStat® Steady-State DC Bar Ionizer


The Model 7380 series with AirStat® Steady-State DC technology is a bar-type ionizer designed to control low peak offset voltage and can be used to suppress ESD damage in various electronic product manufacturing environments such as semiconductor assembly and PCB assembly processes. do. Model 7380d is a patented QuadPoint® design designed to maintain ion balance with four discharge needles in one nozzle, making it suitable for use in processes handling sensitive devices without induction charging that can cause ESD damage.
It is possible to finely adjust the output voltage so that the product can operate with optimized output control depending on the installation environment, and can maintain a low peak offset voltage even at close range. The RJ-45 terminal is designed to monitor movement control and ionizer status, and to enable power input and output using the Daisy-Chain method. The LED display allows you to intuitively check the ionizer status, including HV power output details and alarm selection, and remote control is possible using the remote control.
